Continuing Education/Professional Membership Dues

FT 64+ & PT 40+ hours, On Call Employees working 40+ hours, & Per Diem Employees

BLS, PALS, CPR, ACLS, NRP, MAB, basic arrhythmia reimbursement.  Classes at RCH are free.  Up to $250 per year available for reimbursement of continuing education fees, licensing fees, and/or professional membership dues.

Pre-Paid Tuition Assistance

FT 64+ & PT 40+ hours, On Call Employees working 40+ hours, & Per Diem Employees

 

$3,500 per calendar year for approved ASN, BSN, and MSN programs – pre-paid.  Applicable expenses include tuition, books, and fees.  A two-year commitment in a full-time, per diem or part-time status of at least 40 hours per pay period with RCH after graduation is required.

After 90 days of employment

Scholarship Program

Scholarship will be offered 2 times per year, in January & July up to $1,000.

Tuition Payback All employees working an average of 40+ hours per pay period $2000 per year for licensed clinical positions up to 4 years.

$3500 per year for the first 2 years and $2000 per year for the next 2 years for any RN degree.

After one year of employment. Date of hire after 1/1/04. First payouts: 1/1/08
