Employee of the Month

Nancy Todd, RN

March 2004

Nancy Todd, R.N., was nominated by numerous employees to be the March Employee of the Month.

Madonna Coughenour, vice president of nursing, explained that all of the nominations carried the common theme that Nancy is a joy to work with because of her helpful and supportive work ethic.

In their nominations, her peers describe Nancy as loyal, caring, exceptional and hard working.

"She not only cares for her patients, but she really cares about her patients and they know it," explained educator Ellen Torres in her nomination.

Yesenia Garcia noted, "Nancy always goes out of her way to help. Even if she has to do something that is usually done by the CNA's, it doesn't matter to her. She'll get it done and still keep smiling."

Nancy has worked for Redlands Community Hospital since 1988. She was honored in a ceremony held earlier this month where she received a pin for her badge, a plaque for her department, gift certificates and an assigned parking space.
