Employee of the Month November 2004

Orville Cautivar, RN, has been chosen as the employee of the month for November. Orville is an RN on the night shift. His nomination was supported as a group effort from employees on both the DOU and 4100 areas.

Lupe Huerta described Orville as a helpful co-worker with a great personality.

"He is a caring nurse," Lupe wrote in his nomination. "There have been times when he is doing a complete bed change and he is doing it with a smile."

Orville was also described as a great resource person to go to for help.

For all of his efforts, Orville was honored at a ceremony earlier this month. He has worked at Redlands Community Hospital since 1998.

Employees who would like to nominate a coworker for this honor are urged to turn a form into Human Resources.
