Employee of the Month August 2005

Talk to anyone who knows Fawn Miller and you will not find that they have a negative word to say about her. This is one of the reasons why her peers selected her to become Employee of the Month for August.

Fawn, who is the Unit Secretary for the DOU unit, received eight nominations for the prestigious award.

"Fawn always wears a smile no matter how much we throw her way," said Andrea Bayus, RN. "She provides consistent service to both guest and staff and deserves a pat on the back."

Others wrote: "Fawn exemplifies what a team player is," said Kathy Nieman, RN. " She is very efficient, helpful, friendly, positive, informative, conscientious and hard-working."

"I am always glad to see Fawn when I get to work because I know, or at least am hopeful, the day will go smooth," said Dawn Holt.

More than 50 people attended the reception in her honor and helped themselves to sandwiches and a celebratory cake.
