Employee of the Month August 2006

Employee of the Month recipient June Turner could not be prouder to have received such an honor from RCH. The fact that she was born at RCH and works here makes the honor that much more special.

June chuckled with the crowd of supporters at a reception in her honor because she proudly stated that for a week's stay in OB, her mother paid $108. And she has the receipt to prove it.

June was recognized for her exceptional work as an RN in Ambulatory Infusion. She began her career at RCH as a CNA and, through the years, went back to school and obtained her RN license in 2000.

"June is always very accommodating to patients and staff," said LVN Alex Ledesma. "She is truly a pleasure to work with."
