Employee of the Month March 2006

"If you have compassion in your heart and have a calm inner peace within yourself, you can pass that on to patients you care for."

These feelings were expressed by March employee of the month Iliana Prian when she received recognition from her peers for her exceptional work and dedication.

Iliana has been an employee of RCH since August 2000. She originally started as a CNA on the 4100 unit. She always had a desire to get back into the field of her first, pyschology, in which she holds a BA. Once there was an opening in 5400, she took the opportunity to move there and utilize her skills with psychiatric patients.

"Iliana was selected as employee of the month by her staff because of her teamwork and great attitude," said Maureen Harsch, Director of Med Surg. "No job was ever left undone when she was assigned to it. She is an exceptional employee."
