Cindy Poole, ICU
Unit Secretary was chosen as February's employee of the month
for many reasons. Whether it is her unique ability to
multi-task on an often chaotic ICU floor, or managing to lift
the spirits of those around her during times of sorrow and
despair, co-workers say she is great at what she does.
"She is always on top of things," says Deborah Heinold, ICU
Registered Nurse. "When we are extremely busy and lots
of people are asking her for things, she keeps it all together
and gets it done. She goes above and beyond the call of
duty. She truly deserves this award."
Another co-worker wrote: "She is so sweet and
thoughtful. She welcomes every new RN and makes them
feel at home. She creates such a sense of unity on the
floor." |
