Physical Therapy

Description of Services

The overall goal of the Physical Therapy Department is to deliver comprehensive services to individuals with physical dysfunction due to disability, disease or injury. Our services benefit infants, children, adults and geriatric patients. Services include comprehensive assessments, development of a treatment plan, delivery and documentation of care, consultation, re-evaluation and discharge planning. The need for physical therapy may arise after a stroke, fall, impaired mobility, muscle tone abnormality or an unsteady gait.

Hours

Monday - Friday ....... 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

There is limited weekend and holiday availability.
